- Pipe Cleaner
- Wiggle eyes
- sharpie marker
- Stick
- Charm
- Pin flat back type and Tag
Instructions to make this GS SWAPS:
- Stripe the pipe cleaner with the sharpie.
- Wrap the pipe cleaner around the stick. Stop two inches from the end.
- Coil the end of the pipe cleaner to make the head, let the end stick out like the tongue.
- Glue on the wiggle eyes.
- Add your pin and tag.
