What a wonderful fall project for older kids and teens. If this is the first piece of jewelry the teen has made, please be sure someone is there that has experience in making jewelry to help. These dangles are more for the older teenager.
You’ll need:
- 2 gold tone eye pins
- 2 gold tone head pins
- 2 gold tone ear wires
- 2 czech firepolished beads; amber
- 2 czech firepolished beads; browns
- 2 gold tone spacers
- 2 leaf beads; fall color and hole going top to bottom
Tools:
- Wire cutters
- Chain nose or bent nose pliers
- Round nose pliers
Directions:
Bead your eyepin. Using the eye pins, bead your czech crystals in this order: brown, spacer, amber. To learn how to make the loop, try this easy tutorial: Basic Jewelry Loop Instructions.
Attach your leaf dangle to the eye pin by opening the eye of the eye pin with your chain nose or bent nose pliers. Then close the eye.
Attach the beaded eye pin to the ear wire by opening the loop on the ear wire.
