Pipe Cleaner
Wiggle eyes
sharpie marker
Stick
Charm
Pin flat back type and Tag

Instructions to make this GS SWAPS:

Stripe the pipe cleaner with the sharpie.
Wrap the pipe cleaner around the stick. Stop two inches from the end.
Coil the end of the pipe cleaner to make the head, let the end stick out like the tongue.
Glue on the wiggle eyes.
Add your pin and tag.
