Snake Bits – Halloween Recipe

If you are looking for a special treat to serve at a teen Halloween party, try this recipe.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti Sauce or Pesto Sauce(great for the green snake look)
Cooked Rigatoni(short fat ones), al dente
2 12 oz containers of Squeeze Cheese or Traditional Ricotta

Preparation:

Fill each Rigatoni with cheese and place in shallow baking dish. This can be tedious, but worth the effort when you see your family’s faces after you tell them what you have served them 😀 Cover with spaghetti sauce and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until hot.
