Pumpkin Luminary Decoration Halloween Crafts

Fun and useful luminary you can use outside or on your Halloween party table. Very easy for older kids to do, younger ones will need the help of an adult. I love the look of this when it is lit, the overlapping of the tissue paper makes the glow very cool.

You’ll need:

 

• Pickle jar; cleaned, no lid and lables mostly off
• Orange tissue paper
• Black cardstock
• Green ric rac
• Modge Podge, paper plate and brush
• tea light candle

Instructions:

Tear the tissue paper into pieces.

Decoupage the entire jar using the pieces of orange tissue paper. Allow to semi-dry.

Cut the black paper into pumpkin face pieces – I have eyes and mouth.

Decoupage on the pumpkin face pieces on the front and the ric rac around the top of the jar.
