This simple stamped card is just so cute. It’s not frilly or full of hearts, but the sentiment is still the same. You’ll get a smile from your sweetie and the point across with this fun love card.
You’ll need these supplies:
- 2 pieces of Scrapbook paper; pattern(I used October Afternoon Farm Fresh)
- Card stock in comparable color card stock
- 6-inches of brown ric rack
- Acid free
You’ll need these tools:
- October Afternoon’s Farm Fresh Stamp
- Stamp pad – caramel color
- paper trimmer
- Corner rounder
You’ll also need a card blank or make one:
1.) Use an 11″ X 8-1/2″ piece of card stock or cut one out of the 12X12 piece of paper.
2.) Cut that piece of paper in half as shown in the above picture. You now have two 11″ X 4-1/4″ pieces.
3.) Fold these two pieces in half and score to create two 5-1/2″ X 4-1/4″ cards.
Card Making Instructions:
1.) Stamp the lamb on card stock, cut into a 1 and 1/4 scalloped square. Ink up the edges.
2.)Cut a piece of patterned paper into a 2.5″ scalloped square. Mat the lamb stamped square.
3.) Cut one piece of matching colored card stock into a strip of 5.5″ X 1″. Attach a piece of ric rack to the strip with staples at each end.
4.) Cut one piece of cardstock 5.25″ by 4″. Round corners and round the corners of the card blank.
5.) Attach the pieces of the card together using the image as your guide.
