1.) Gather Your Supplies.
This easy-to-make bookmark won’t kill your activity budget. A simple and useful teen craft that can be made in large groups and have a theme for anything.
You’ll need:
- 4″ X 8.5″ pieces of card stock
- embellishments: stickers, stamps, etc.
- letter stickers or stamps
- scotch tape or boarder sticker
2.) Decorate and fold the paper.
If you are going to stamp the whole 4″ X 8.5″ piece of card stock, do so before you fold it.
Fold the sheet in a triangle as shown in the picture. Tape together the seam with a piece of scotch tape or a decorative border sticker.
3.) Embellish and trim.
Add your name in letter stickers or as a stamped image. Add stickers or die cuts for decorations. You can choose to leave the corner bookmark big in the triangle or trim down the sides to make it more of a smaller square shape. Rule of thumb: for text books, leave it big; for casual reading books, trim it down.
