Beaded Swirls Earrings Wire Wrap Jewelry Projects

I loved how these turned out. Once you have the hang of wire wrapping open spirals, they are very simple to make. Practice on copper first, although that is starting to go up in price, huh? here is a matching beaded bracelet.

You’ll need these supplies:

  • SS 20 gauge wire; 2 flush cut 3-inch pieces
  • 2 – 6mm Czech firepolished beads
  • 2 head pins
  • 2 swirl ear wires

You’ll need these tools:

  • Bent nose or chain nose pliers
  • round nose pliers
  • flush cutter
  • file

Directions for this Tutorial:
1.) Bead, loop and wrap both headpins.

2.) Start the ‘S’ by making an open spiral on the one side of you wire. Go almost once around.

3.) Put one beaded head pin on the wire. Begin making an open spiral on the opposite end going the other way to form your ‘S’. This is the bottom, so you will go all the way around once or a little more. Make your ‘S’ a little bottom heavy.

4.) Repeat with the second wire.

5.) Attach to the jumpring in the swirl ear wires.

6.) Enjoy!
