Sweet Potato Chips a Halloween Dinner Recipe

Easy to make baked chips that are a yummy snack or side dish for your Halloween dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large Sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Peel and slice a sweet potato into very thin slices – less than one eighth of an inch. Use a slicer.

Spray a cookie sheet and lay slices out in one layer. Brush sweet potatoes with vegetable oil and sprinkle with some salt.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until crisp.
