Make a Summer Journal Craft for Teens

You can make this summer craft journal for jotting down thoughts, quotes and notes all summer long. Or give it as a gift to your friends.

You’ll need:

• Small spiral notebook
• Summer card stock with decorative edge or decorative edge punch
• Tacky glue or other adhesive
• Summer word stamp
• Stamping ink
• Small piece of plain card stock

Measure 1 and 1/2-inches up from the bottom of your notebook and cut your plain piece of card stock to fit that area. Stamp on your summer word. Adhere the piece of paper to the bottom of your journal as shown in the picture.

Measure the pattern paper to fit from just below the spiral at the top and down to just above the summer word you’ve stamped. Allow the decorative edge to be just above the words you used. Attach the paper to the front of the journal. Enjoy!
