Seasonal Bath Salts Recipes for Teens

Autumn Peach Bath Salts
This bath salt recipe will de-stress your teen while it sends out a soothing autumn scent.

1 cup Epsom salts
1 cup Baking soda
4 drops red food coloring
8 drops yellow food coloring
20 drops Peach Essential Oil
10 drops Cinnamon Essential Oil
2 seal-able containers or pretty jars

In a large bowl, mix together salts and baking soda. Add oils, mixing well. Add coloring, start with 4 drops of red and 8 of yellow, mix well. Continue to add one drop at a time until you are pleased with the color. Makes two one cup containers. For the Bath: Add 4 heaping tablespoons of bath salts to running water for one full tub.

Ingredients:

1 cup Epsom salts
1 cup baking soda
10 drops blue food coloring
1/4 cup of fine glitter; silver
15 drops Lavender Essential Oil
10 drops Sandalwood Essential Oil
10 drops Sweet Orange Essential Oil
2 seal-able containers or pretty jars
